Terms & Conditions

• Applicants must be at least 14 years old (or have parental/guardian consent) and provide accurate information and a valid CNIC/B-Form.
• Admission is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria. BanoQabil may accept or reject any application at its discretion.

• Bano Qabil courses are completely free — no tuition fees, no hidden charges.
• A refundable security deposit of PKR 3,000/- is collected at enrollment (see Refund Policy below).

• Maintain regular attendance and treat staff and fellow students with respect.
• No cheating, harassment, misconduct, or disruption of classes.
• Use campus facilities and equipment responsibly; do not share course materials without authorization.
• Do not engage in any activity that harms the reputation or interests of the Bano Qabil Program.

Certificates are issued only to students who complete all course requirements, including attendance and assessments, and may be revoked if obtained fraudulently.

BanoQabil Program may suspend or terminate enrollment (without refund of the security deposit) for rule violations, misconduct, dishonesty, poor attendance, or false information.

Services are provided “as is,” with no guarantee of job placement. Alkhidmat BanoQabil program is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Name, CNIC/B-Form, contact details, educational background, course/campus preferences, photos/videos from classes and events, and security deposit payment details.

• To process enrollment, manage attendance, and issue certificates.
• To communicate program updates and (where applicable) job/internship opportunities via partners such as Qabil.jobs.
• For internal reporting and, with consent, promotional/testimonial purposes.

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with Bano Qabil staff, approved partners (for placement, with consent), or authorities where legally required. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our record-keeping obligations, by contacting us using the details below.

There is no course fee. The only amount collected is a refundable Security Deposit of PKR 3,000/-, meant to reflect the student’s dedication and sincerity and to discourage seat-blocking or conduct that harms the program.

The full deposit is refunded on course completion if the student:

• Maintains a minimum of 60% attendance throughout the course, and
• Does not engage in any activity that harms the Bano Qabil Program or Alkhidmat, and follows the Student Conduct rules above.

• Falls below 60% attendance
• Drops out without valid reason or notice
• Engages in misconduct, dishonesty, or damages campus property
• Acts in a way that harms the program’s name or interests
